Infographic: Which 2021 Acting Nominee Has the Most Acting Wins and Nominations?

Overview:

For the 2021 Oscars, the goal was to drive interest in the stars nominated for the movie, before the award show. With my interest in data storytelling, I saw an opportunity to use IMDb data to celebrate first-time nominees and multiple-time nominees side-by-side. 

My Role:
I pitched the idea and partnered with the Design and Social teams to deliver a new Infographic campaign celebrating the twenty acting nominees using IMDb's awards data. I promoted this data-driven infographic campaign on IMDb’s Homepage, the Oscars landing page, and recommended copy for IMDb’s social channels. 

The Outcome:

Once the campaign was launched, we saw IMDb fans on the website engaging deeply with the slides and a few nominees reshared the story on their social pages. I shared the campaign's overall performance, and process in the 2021 Oscars recap with stakeholders and leadership.
